Hunter hold-harmless
Every member, every season.
Set it as required, so it's signed before the season starts.
Know which bucks to pass — and which one to take.
Send in a trail-cam photo and a wildlife expert tells you his approximate age and whether he fits your property's rules. Game ID keeps every buck, every review and every harvest in one place — for leases, clubs, landowners, ranches and outfitters.
The problem
Hundreds of trail-cam pictures across cameras and phones, and no easy way to tell one buck from another or remember what you saw last season.
Is he three or four? Is he the one we agreed to pass? A quick look through binoculars leaves you unsure — before the shot and after it.
When every hunter judges deer a little differently, even a good management plan falls apart.
The decisions that shape your herd for years shouldn't come down to a guess. Take a buck a season too early and there's no second chance to watch him mature.
Where Game ID comes in
We're hunters too, and we've spent five years building a better way to make these calls. Game ID connects you with wildlife professionals who review each deer you submit — not an algorithm guessing from a single frame.
Evaluations are expert opinions that support your decisions. They don't guarantee a score or outcome, and they never replace your state's hunting laws and regulations. Read our story.
How it works
No new gear and no guesswork. If you've got a trail camera or a phone, you're ready.
Pull a buck off your trail camera or take a photo in the field, then submit it in the app. Add a few angles if you have them — more photos mean a better review.
A wildlife biologist or qualified expert evaluates the deer, which can include:
Pass him and keep watching, or take him with confidence. Log the harvest with photos and any required documentation, and he joins your property's history and Trophy Room.
Club forms & agreements
Every club has its own rules and its own paperwork. Game ID keeps each club's forms in the app, from the hold-harmless to guest waivers to anything else you need, and members and guests sign them on their phone before they join the club or set foot on the property.
Start with the standard hunter and guest hold-harmless, then add the forms your club already uses. Each club gets its own set.
Members see what needs their signature before they hunt. Guests register and sign their waiver before they come on the property.
Signed agreements stay with your club, so nobody is chasing paper at camp.
Every member, every season.
Set it as required, so it's signed before the season starts.
A waiver for each visiting hunter.
Guests sign their own, before they hunt your ground.
Register a hunting guest before they arrive.
The club knows who is on the property.
ATV, UTV and equipment use.
Make them optional, for the members who need them.
Have members acknowledge your rules.
Harvest criteria, camp rules and safety rules, agreed to up front.
Anything else your club needs signed.
Lease terms, property access or a form you already use on paper.
Every deer you pass is a management decision.
Every deer you harvest is a management decision.
With Game ID behind you, those decisions get easier to make — and easier to agree on.

Game ID Management
The app is how we track your herd. Game ID Management is how we help you grow it. Our wildlife biologists work with you directly, so your property is set up to bring deer to maturity and give you the chance to hunt them.
Your property planIllustrative example
You don't need 10,000 acres. A few hundred, owned or leased and shared by a handful of hunters, is exactly what this is built for.
We manage this way because we owe it to the land and the animal: let deer reach maturity, look after the habitat, and give thanks for every harvest.
Send us a few details about your property and a Game ID biologist will reach out to you to get started.

Who it's for
Game ID isn't another GPS mapping app. It's focused on the deer themselves — identifying, evaluating, managing and recording the individual animals that make up your herd, wherever you hunt.
Turn scattered trail-camera photos into an organized management system.
Manage the herd on your lease instead of hunting whatever walks by.
Know what's living on your property.
Make decisions based on more than a quick look through binoculars.
Give every member the same criteria and a shared record of the herd.
Multiple hunters, multiple camps, one set of rules everyone can see.
Organize and document decisions on individual deer.
High-fence hunting operations often run specific age, genetic and harvest objectives. Game ID keeps those decisions consistent and on record.
A structured way to identify and manage the deer available to clients.
Give clients a more informed hunt while protecting the property's management goals.
Better understand the deer you're seeing.
No big property required. Use Game ID on your own to make more informed harvest decisions.
Game ID gives each person on a property the tools that fit their role.

Game ID wasn't built in a weekend, and it wasn't built because hunting apps got popular.
For nearly five years we've been developing, testing and refining Game ID with real hunters and real wildlife professionals — on real properties, with real deer. We've learned what works, what doesn't, and what hunters and property managers actually need to manage a herd.
We've watched it change how people hunt. When hunters have better information about the deer in front of them, they make better calls: younger bucks get the time they need to mature, and the deer that fit a property's goals get identified with confidence. We've seen mature bucks harvested after being managed through the process.
Now we're opening Game ID to hunters everywhere.
Game ID is a deer and wildlife management app. Hunters and property managers submit photos of deer, get them evaluated by wildlife professionals, track individual bucks over time and record harvests — building a history of the deer on their property.
Anyone who takes deer management seriously: hunting leases, farms and private landowners, hunting clubs, high-fence ranches, outfitters and guided hunting operations, and individual hunters.
You submit one or more photos of a deer. A wildlife biologist or qualified wildlife expert reviews it and provides an evaluation that can include approximate age, antler characteristics, a score assessment where applicable, management eligibility and a harvest recommendation based on your property's criteria.
Submitted deer are reviewed by wildlife biologists and qualified wildlife experts working with Game ID — not by an automated guess. Evaluations are expert opinions meant to support your decision.

Yes. Each club sets its own management criteria, by minimum age, antler size or both, so every member works from the same rules, with a shared record of the herd across camps. Club owners and managers control the rules; members submit deer and record harvests.
Yes. High-fence hunting operations and outfitters use Game ID to identify, document and manage individual deer against specific age, harvest and management objectives — and to give guided clients better information.
Yes. Through Game ID Management, a wildlife biologist can visit your property, walk it with you and map where feeders, stands and food plots belong, along with deer density and buck-to-doe numbers for your herd. Send us your property details and a biologist will reach out to you.
Yes. You can name the bucks you're watching, keep their photos together and see each deer's status — such as approved, pending review or on your target list.
Yes. Multiple hunters can belong to the same club or property, including properties with more than one camp, all working under the same management criteria.
The hunter logs the harvest in the app with photos and details. Where your property's workflow requires it, documentation such as a jawbone photo can be included. The deer then becomes part of your harvest history and Trophy Room.
Yes. Trail-camera photos are one of the most common ways deer are submitted. You can also use photos taken with your phone or camera.
Yes. Our free whitetail scoring tool calculates typical and non-typical gross and net green scores from your measurements, then creates a branded score card and full score sheet you can share. Green scores are unofficial; record-book entry requires an official measurer.
